With a dream to spreading the flavours of the Caribbean to all walks off life in Canada, Bindy Tiwari founded Bindy’s Caribbean Delights. He curated his families best recipes and opened his store in the heart of Winnipeg, The Forks Market. As the years past, the menu has grown but the authenticity of the Caribbean flavours stayed in tact.

To this day, Bindy’s remains a family owned operation. Bindy, now retired, passed along his dream to his daughters, Amanda and Andrea. Andrea is now the head chef & the driving force behind Bindy’s and Amanda you can find behind the counter serving you with as smile and ensuring the shops service runs smoothly.

Under the innovative eye of his daughters Bindy’s Caribbean delights has flourished from a small roti shop to a Caribbean restaurant with a diverse menu. Bindy’s now offers catering for parties of 10 persons or more and you can find hot mini rotis and roti shells by the dozen available at retailers, like Bharat Grocery and Dino’s Grocery Mart, around the city of Winnipeg.
